Maria Alfaro
TRE ® & Neurogenic Yoga™ Certification Trainer & Provider
Maria has been designated as a TRE® Certification Trainer by Dr. David Berceli, the creator of TRE. She has a background in Yoga, Martial Arts and Esalen Massage. Maria has been training with Dr. Berceli since 2004 and teaching his work ever since. Over the past 12 years Maria taught TRE to thousands of people in the US, Europe, Canada, Indonesia and, in the Middle East.
She assisted Dr. Berceli in numerous trainings in the United States and in South Africa, and she is also one of two lead instructors for Neurogenic Yoga™, a sister method of TRE®.
